I've seen that stack of bags but mostly it's on long haul flights. And no I shouldn't have to carry a sick bag in my carry on. While I'm at it I should bring my own food, beverage, blanket, pillow, pedicure kit, and portable seat belt. Think of the money Delta could save. I paid for a first class seat on a 6 hour flight. I think a sick bag is a small gesture for a $700 one way flight.
