Went to BC security line and they checked via their tablet and saw I qualified for the BC line so did security and then went to the back counters to pick up my boarding pass. It would appear Elal needs to have the "bid" app "talk" to the OLCI app but I guess having BC travelers wait extra is not a concern to cause them to invest in more coding.
