I rarely purchase tickets outside of the airlines's website, but decided to take advantage of the American Express International Airlines program and purchased business class tickets on Lufthansa through AMEX Travel.

Oddly, AMEX travel only allowed one to input a LH Miles&More number and not other alliance airline member numbers (in my wife and my case Singapore Airlines) and Lufthansa.com seems not have the option to at all the add/change one's frequent flier number.

One side question, while I entered my Known Traveler Number into AMEX Travel, I do not see that it carried over to Lufthansa, but it seems Lufthansa.com does have a Known Traveler Number Field, would it hurt to re-enter it there.

Any insight would be appreciated.
