I had one (very young looking) TSA agent ask about it at the ID check. I pointed out it was a KLM ticket and they append “MR” to the name for “mister.” No problem.

The other 3 times I’ve had that from AF/KLM tickets nobody batted an eyelid. Pre-check has worked in all of those cases too.
