Thanks for the information. I stayed on the speaker phone for almost 2 hours last week. When s/o finally answered she did tell me how many miles we have but she wasn't in a good mood. Without definite dates she couldn't give me a hint about available space in Sept. I tried clicking on to the sites given in Christine Nicolson's letter but I couldn't find our miles or what flights are available with f.f. miles [the site always gives a $ figure]. All this is indeed a shame.
