I remember trying to call the 1-800-AIRWAYS number one evening (I am calling from Canada) and the call was forwarded to Germany!!

(I heard the German ringing tone and then a BA agent with a German accent answered)

Does anyone suppose that the German BA agents are better trained at Amadeus so they are taking calls there instead?
