Just a few extra points that have come to mind:
- the room features a Nespresso machine (4 capsules, 2 of which de-caf)
- there were also bath robes in a cupboard
- the device next to the bed is a bluetooth speaker. I didn't try it out, but it looked quite easy to use.
- there were 2 water bottles in the fridge (330ml each), but nothing else.
- the usual safe / iron / ironing board was in the cupboards.
- windows do not open. Some face on to Great Eastern Street, a busy road, but the sound-proofing seems good.
- At the moment no Digital Key is available on the App, but I suspect that will come in due course. The App also doesn't show a floor plan at the moment. OLCI is available however.
- Breakfast is served from 06:30 hrs, there is a brunch menu at weekends.
- there is a Co-op food store practically over the road, open until 22:00 hrs. Also over the road but in the other direction, a Subway with extended opening hours.
- This isn't a good hotel if you have a car / hire car since parking in the area is limited and expensive. The hotel has no parking facilities of its own. The hotel is also inside the Congestion Charge area.
