I finally reached a live person in the BA Vacations department yesterday and she was able to help me. She also gave me another # to use (Execuitive Club #): 1-800-452-1201. No promises on this one but when I called it the machine did answer and put me in a queue and didn't just disconnect me! Good Luck all.
