Hate to complain again but B.A.'s ads every other day in L.A. Times are beginning to get to me! The telephone situation is so bad. It seems that they want you to use their website. But their site is so messed up that even my husband, who has worked with computers for years, designing planes,etc. can't even find out how many ff miles we have! Under these circumstances, I don't hold out much hope for cashing in our miles for a trip in business in Sept. He is now asking me why should we keep our B.A. Visa card.
