Displays with more people in the cabin than there are seats date to the initial introduction of Premium Plus. UA either can’t fix it or doesn’t care to do so (or, at least, it hasn’t been a priority).

Kacee. There’s really no point trying to understand the upgrade list right now; just check to make sure you’re on it, if you’re supposed to be.
