Going to Reagan National Airport on November 6th 2015. Driving from Richmond Virginia I had been delayed by 3 traffic jams on I-95. By the time I turned the rental car in and walked into the terminal it was 3:55 and flight 209 to Atlanta was at 4:30. At the Southwest Airlines check-in desk, the agent told me that if I missed my flight, the next Flight to Atlanta would be the following day. So she called the gate and then had me run with her (and she was wearing high heels) up to the front of the security line. I was the 2nd to last person to board, but I made it.
