Do some commercial airlines still permit stretchers (and a nurse) plus a curtain that take the place of about a half dozen seats if the patient is too sick to travel in a normal seat but not considered to be sick enough to require a medievac aircraft or air ambulance? I haven't seem this in a long time and can only guess at the cost comparison.
