Allianz, for a US resident, will issue a one-trip policy covering, among other features, "emergency transportation" and defines that as
"Emergency Medical Transportation arranges and pays for the cost to medically transport you to an appropriate medical facility to receive care and to get you home after you have received care"
I plugged in a $8,000 total trip for 10 days for a 25 year old and came up with a $251 cost.
Needless to say that premium will vary with the cost of the trip (as it covers more than just emergencies), its length, and the age of the insured. To be clear, "get you home" does not specify class of service or routing, so I presume that unless a premium cabin or even medevac aircraft is required, one is in steerage.
