I had a similar experience but at the BW Plus Kowloon as a BW Diamond. Went to bed at 2am and found a bed bug under the blanket, brought it down to front desk, and changed rooms (wasn't ready to leave with my SO at 2am unfortunately). Hotel didn't comp the night or provide laundry. Instead, they offered comp $10 breakfast. I left in the morning and went to the Hong Kong Courtyard, and I haven't stayed at any BW ever since.
I've never experienced bed bugs at a Bonvoy property. With that said, I think comping the night or providing the equivalent number of points and providing laundry service would be exactly what I would hope for in your situation.
