Sure, go ahead and do that, everybody will understand it and make their own conclusions based on that. But don't pretend that you are offsetting the increase with a bunch of useless benefits that will appease only a very narrow set of users.

My annual fee is coming up on 2/1, so rationally I should keep the CSR at the $450 price point for another year. But emotionally I just want to cancel and move on. Breakup is hard.
