I've had HGI properties intermittently (not frequently, maybe 1-2x a year at less upstanding properties) telling me that my account is "set to points" for the better part of 10 years now despite it having been set to breakfast on day one. It's a silly attempt to pull a fast one that I just consider to be comedy at this point. Nothing new here really.
