No issues with that policy, just pointing it out as it may affect treatment. We received no upgrade, welcome gifts, and were informed that they wouldn't give breakfast / HH benefit until I showed my ID. Once I arrived, usual benefits were granted, though it was too late for upgrade and welcome gift.
I have no issues with that — just pointing it out as relevant information for those considering stays who might be in similar situations.
