The pprune thread has a post that shows the exact location where it was filmed from, and highlights the buildings in a daytime photo.
Somebody has also done a very thorough analysis of the co-ordinates and how long after the 'flash' the explosion can be heard. This puts the person about 3.5km away, which fits perfectly with where the plane was according to FR24.
I'd say this is authentic.
