I don't know if it would be up to your standards but I have only good things to say about Fairmont Queen Elizabeth. My parents went there on their honeymoon a few decades ago and it (along other Fairmont hotels I've been to) always seem to have held up a great service standard ever since. It's a walking distance to the main attractions too!
