Does anyone else have MM and not received their companion 1K or other level member kit? This is the first time in a number of years that the cards and drink coupons did not come together in the same kit or in about 5 years or so (I cannot remember exactly) when they used to receive their own mailing? When I called the Mileage Plus center today, they had no US based representatives available (only the overseas "Mileage Plus" call center) and they could not answer whether this was a mistake or not. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I was then told that they will all be mailed out by mid-February. I am curious whether anyone else was told this or actually received their companion's member kit. Thanks.
