Never stayed at Hilton Suites. It's a lot better than the lounge they used to have at the Chicago Hilton. They stopped giving gold's access not on the exec floor when they did the remodel about five years ago and up until about a year ago but now congestion is a huge problem again (I think it's because of all the new diamonds due to the Am Ex card). At breakfast and appetizer time it's very hard to find a seat again and I prefer breakfast downstairs at Lockwood's, the free buffet is decent. Sometimes they closed the lounge between breakfast and 5 and other times they leave it open with access to softdrinks. They removed the canned software a couple years ago and replaced it with a fountain which I also hate, I used to like to take a can or two of diet coke to my room to enjoy later.
