No, no, I wondered if you were still having trouble. It is a bit finicky, certainly not intuitive. I mean if you have a Vueling frequent flyer account you would start looking at Vueling's own website. By all means reach out for more help, if you are struggling (and even if you are not struggling) there will be a silent lurker grateful for any and all information.
