The Flagship Lounge is excellent - but you are actually there to catch a flight rather than sit in a Lounge. That bus is quite dreadful in terms of when it shows up. The T5 Lounge is adequate. Going to other Terminals to benefit from a particularly good lounge is only free of stress when you can do so on foot, The Qantas Lounge at LAX is superb and head and shoulders better than AAs in LAX - you can walk and it's not too far. Once you have to be carried by bus - you are literally in someone else's hands. It would be a shame to jeapodise your departure all for sitting in a fancy lounge in another terminal.
I love Chicago - indeed I prefer it to New York.
