Only J or Y cabins. We were surprised. I called UA about getting my plus points extended until 30 Apr but didn't bring this up. Wanted some confirmation from others here on what the service was supposed to be like. I know UA's history of over-advertising and under-delivering so maybe a crap experience was supposed to be normal..
What was the route? Just because it had the seat doesn't mean it had P+ service.
