EWR-SFO was a morning flight, 6am I believe. This was the meal.

We sat on the ground for 45 minutes "waiting on paperwork" and were not offered water or anything.

The mid-flight snack (the waffle or cookie) was given at the same time as the breakfast.

A kind bar was offered towards the end.

I feel like it should be mandatory for Premium Plus reviewers to state their height and shoulder width

I'd pay for PP just for the extra seat width alone. (6' 3", broad shoulders).
I am 5'10 and 150lbs.

The seat width was nice, but not necessary for me. My Economy Plus flight had an empty middle seat so space was not an issue. These flights were leisure (holidays). Had I needed to work on a laptop, maybe it would be different. Instead, I simply wanted sleep + movie.

I am not saying it is worse, I am saying I wouldnt pay much extra. After these flights, this is about what I would be willing to pay as a premium on top of a basic economy ticket:

$6 per hour for Economy Plus (ie, $36 for 6 hour flight)
$8 per hour for Premium Plus (ie $48 for 6 hour flight)
