Has Anyone Had Luck with Escalation or Intervention?
My first post:
My application for GE submitted July 4, 2019 - PA the next day (but I do already have a Known Traveler Number through a government agency).
Wife's application for GE submitted July 5, 2019 - nothing as we now break through the 6 month period!
Tried 877-227-5511 a couple weeks ago. Amazingly, got a human. Said then nothing could be done until 6 months, when it could be escalated.
Cannot connect to a human on that number yet this week! I also see 855-873-4637. Is that better?
Has anyone actually had an application escalated, and if so, what was the result?
I also notice talk about getting help from local Congressional office - has anyone had positive experience going that route?
