Add to that the abysmal service levels at some locations - South Loop, I'm talking about you - where no one seems to know what they're doing and either "hide out" talking on their cell phones or in the case of at least one person manage to just walk around and do absolutely nothing, and I'm done with Portillo's.Instead of the normal organized food like I'm used to they just seem to run in circles, and then in the end they can't even manage to get the right food in the right bag half the time.
