Despite my better judgement I did in fact read to the end, I noted the expectation of personal service in economy (lol!!), I also noted that he thought MH would have provided far more personalised service- the same airline that he did a hatchet job on accusing the crew of bullying him when his upgrade didn’t come through (double lol!!)

honestly, people like that will be first up against the wall when the revolution comes, if i was him I’d be keeping my head down
