It will be interesting to see what happens. Even though not targeted, I signed up for CBS10. When I was talking to CS, I asked about that. She said that I was registered, as far as she could tell, and that I should receive the bonus about six weeks after the end of the program (end of September, so middle of November). Others have tried this as well. We'll see if this really pans out in that timeframe.
