In my case, I needed the Toyota Sienna and not the Dodge Grand Caravan. (both are minivans)
Also had two additional drivers, so had to take them along so they could show their credit cards and driver's licenses, as well as sign the rental agreement.
They have a section you can choose from.
(and technically the Sienna and Caravan are both minivans but the Caravan is a disgusting vehicle that I hate driving, and they shouldn't be in the same category)
I've never signed a rental agreement in years. But if you say this is a major airport location they usually have a gate at the end. You can do that stuff there.
(caveat, I've only added renters with National, not with Hertz, but presume it is the same)
