This would be my biggest complaint with the set-up. The last time I used LAXit, I arrived at T1, so just walked. On Jan 2, I arrived at TBIT so hopped on the shuttle. They basically cordoned off the front part of the bus to stack luggage. People would go the front door, have their luggage stacked, and then would walk to the back door to board. I just had a rollaboard so was directed to board immediately at the rear door and to keep my luggage with me. As there was no rack for me (or other similarly encumbered passengers), we were all blocking the aisle.
It's a bit of a mess in this regard. The trip around the horseshoe and getting into the Uber Autopia-style queue was fine.
