Has anyone else experienced a slow down in upgrades on the LHR to JFK/EWR routes? I used to get upgraded about half the time from WTP to CW, but it's been a while now.

I do the trip every two months, and I'm a Gold member. Doing the run again on Sunday, and the WTP cabin has only one free seat - so fingers crossed.
