Meh. Marriott has likely analyzed this carefully and come to the conclusion that it can't offer the rates OP's employer gets and also make money while providing the perks it pays for those paying the published rates.

OP keeps asking what he can do. The simple answer is to speak with his employer's travel people, book more expensive rates than his employer apparently permits, find a job at a place which will support his needs better, or lump it.
