Some thoughts on my blazer after 2 years of ownership, roughly 153k BIS miles flown. I've pretty much worn the blazer daily, machine wash/dry maybe once or twice a month? For something that is machine washable, mine is holding up incredibly well. Main complaints are namely: the sleeve fabric is starting to lose shape/structure as the fabric continues to soften after repeated washes, and the pilling is getting progressively worse (not particularly visible, but can definitely feel a rough texture).
I ordered a brand new one as a replacement to try and stall the rate of wear/tear on my original blazer -- turns out the cut has changed slightly at some point recently. Namely, the sleeves are slightly shorter (~1 inch or so). The inside chest pocket liner is now a metallic orange contrast finish, rather than a matte orange. I haven't cut the vents yet, but I think there might be just a tad more room in the torso area as well. The color is also slightly darker than my original blazer and does not perfectly match the Gramercy pants I have -- I separately confirmed both sizing/color comments with their customer service.
Big takeaway: the minor color variation is expected; if you're thinking of getting the matching pants, buy the pants and blazer as the full suit to guarantee that both items are cut from the same roll of cloth. Otherwise it's a dice roll on whether the colors match perfectly.
