Now this is not my remit, but surely BA have no 5th freedon routes in the Caribbean? I will stand correction on this also, but are not most of the islands independent? Which are still colonies?

Nick, did you know that the "bit of metal" that caused the deaths of 110 people was actually sub-standard and should never have been used on the aircraft? I gather there is quite a market in cheap and not manufacturer recommended aircraft spares.
