Rooms do look tiny and the description on the hotels website are misleading making them sound like they have a separate living area (see below with my bolding and underlining to highlight) when in fact it's a pull out sofa right next to the bed. Room sizes seem to range from 208-332 sq ft which is a big difference. TA reviews show some pretty tight spaces.
