If it was my money I'd go for the luxury suite over a theme suite unless outdoor space was super important to me.
Rachada is the least desirable (and lowest priced) of the Thai theme suites. Raja has a separate living room and nice sun deck, while Rama has the hot tub. I still prefer any of them to Grand, Luxury, Governor's, or Presidential Suite, as I really enjoy the outdoor garden. Though the views from 32/33 are quite nice.
