I am not trying to be sarcastic. But isn't it common sense. If you want to play the game, you need to understand or at least know the basic rule right? I know the rules can be quite complicated and keep changing.....

I know there are people who stays quite frequently but don't even bother to participate on this game and I cannot blame them for not understanding the rules..
