This is entirely location-dependent. Where I am, Seamless doesn't even operate. And Door Dash does not charge a membership fee. Dash Pass is an add-on program to eliminate delivery fees. Does Seamless deliver for free with no other fees?

I can't believe I'm defending Door Dash, who I find kind of infurating every time I try to use it, but it is false that Seamless is universally better.
