in this case im with my mom so privacy is not important but more on the experience and the spacing of the seats.

The most important considerations are:
1. Price
2. Total travel time unless you want a stopover and isn't between 5a and midnight
3. Airline quality, but I rank this variable last because all of the airlines on your list are decent in J
