On a mainline midcon in domestic FC, my lunch choices were classic hamburger or some salad with chicken that sounded like Indian spices, but I forget what it was called. The burger was good and came with potato salad, chocolate lave cupcake (cold), and on the burger plate, a huge dill pickle, two big leaves of lettuce (not iceberg, I think it was romaine but I'm not an expert on lettuce varieties), a couple slices of pretty tasteless tomatoes, lots of onion, and tow pieces of processed cheese that I think was supposed to be cheddar. All of the trimmings were served on the side (YAY!) and there were small packets of mayo, ketchup, and mustard on the tray. The burger itself was good.
WARNING: Even though I preordered, I overheard the salad described by the lead FA as simply chicken salad, so that the actual dish could easily have been a big surprise to someone picking it. It didn't look very good, although obviously someone could like it.
