Sell it. Practically guarantee losing CK status, perhaps all status. AA is quite good at ferreting this stuff out. And charity auctions are strictly prohibited by AA t&cs unless it’s an AA approved function.

One word: don’t.

A valued colleague would be appreciative, I’d guess.
