posted 15 min departure delay, started boarding ~T-35; water bottles at seats (plus a half-empty one in the sidewall pocket at 1F :/ )

FA (Chanel) delivered menus ~T-20 and came around shortly thereafter offering coffee or orange juice; I asked if I could get sparkling wine in the juice, and she promptly obliged
