Just signed up (brand new National account) and mine apparently expires in February 2022. Some other stuff online was claiming that the status was only until 2021 so I'm glad I got the full two years. ^

That's what I remember from years ago, but I do not have initials in the top right corner - only a column on the left with my name, etc. "Sign Out" is the only thing I have in the top right.
I see this in Chrome too. However, clicking the right arrow next to my name on the left hand column does show "Executive Elite / Expires February 28, 2022".
