I applied PlusPoints to a TPAC last night, clearing into PE and waitlisted for Polaris. Interestingly, the app display does not show me cleared into PE, but does show as the one and only pax waitlisted for Polaris. Cabin currently booked 1/50 12 weeks out so I think I may have a shot of clearing

I don't think there's any real doubt that in some instances upgrades are not processing properly. The only question in my mind is how widespread this is.
