With instruments applied, originating on the same PNR as a 1K gives you their priority. The PNR would split at check-in but otherwise the priority should be the "same". Ordering among other 1Ks with the same fare class has always been incredibly random; the only change from "normal" would be the gate not using the order of the visible list.
