Assuming they were on an employee companion/fmily pass? Is there any situation where this should ever happen? Definitely worth a call IMO. But this adds evidence that it's not just the display that is broken. It may not be the actual algorithm that clears upgrades, perhaps plus points are not being applied properly in some cases. I have some indications of this.
