Missing eUpgrade Credits for Flight Pass Activities
Hi... not sure what thread to post this one to.
I've had an unlimited North American Flight pass for a year. Last year (and this year) I chose the Select Privilege - eUpgrade Credits for eligible Flight Pass activities
Up until November each month I would get credited 12 eUpgrade credits about 2 weeks after the payment went thru for the flight pass. I've not received any eUpgrade credits for November or December. I've opened 3 tickets for the same issue and each time they say they will fix it but nothing happens. Is there a way to escalate this issue? Are other people in the same situation?
