As a business class passenger you can use any oneworld lounge even without status.
As to the official lounge used at that departure I don’t know which one it is.

According to
Cathay's site, the LH lounge is the official lounge at DXB. But again,
the hours seem to be somewhat limited. I guess I will use the BA lounge.
