That's true of course and a good point, but those Theoretical Seating blocks should not currently be in place in the case of Fife_Flyer (starting as they do at T-72, unless I've misunderstood something).
But indeed, if a pesky pair of GCHs comes along at T-73 and plonk themselves in 1A and 1F then Fife_Flyer may be out of luck when the seats would otherwise be unblocked to them
Yes sorry, I should clarify. TS doesn’t kick in until 72 hours but prior to that row 1 is only available to golds/GGLs before then so will be blocked atm but not due to TS. As you say from 72 hours onwards it would depend on TS.
